Positive: We opted for this place as it was a 10 minute drive to Chessington world of adventures We found it to be very clean and tidy. It was a great night's sleep and felt safe. We were happy to find teabags and the instructions are thorough.

Negative: The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and there were lots of food stains on the cover. Also, the window in the downstairs bedroom randomly opened itself with a gust of wind.
